Reservation
When quoting, customers can ask for reservations and we will verify again for available spaces before
sending you the confirmation.
Payment
- 100% payment.

- Transfer by Wester Union.
- Transfer by Zelle.
- Revolut App.
- Online payment by credit card.
Confirmation
To confirm the services, it is necessary to send:
- Passengers full name
- Age.
- Nationality.
- Passengers passport number
Ferry
- You can carry a 23 kg suitcase and a carry-on backpack.
- If you bring extra luggage, it additional value will be charged and will be paid on the day of boarding.
Recommendation
Remember to update your watch and cell phone to Galapagos time (UTC -6).
Travel and accident insurance
It is the passenger's obligation to have travel insurance that covers their luggage and well-being. We
are NOT responsible for losses or damages caused during the trip.
Cancelation Policies
Period before departure within which notice of cancellation is received by email.
36%: the confirmation deposit is not refundable.
50% is not refundable between 15 and 5 days before starting
100% is not refundable between 4 days or less.
In a positive case of COVID, you will have to present a document issued by a certified laboratory in the
name of the
passenger, and it will be rescheduled for a maximum later date of 6 months, with adjustment to the new
price that is at
that time. Refunds will not be made.
Change of Date or Route.
For the change of date or route you must do it at least 3 days in advance, after that period of time it
will not be possible to make the change.
For groups larger than 8 people, the change of date, route or schedule must be done at least 20
days in
advance, after
that period of time it will not be possible to make the change. Refunds will not be made.
