Policies and Recommendations

Please read these terms carefully before making your reservation.

Reservation

When quoting, customers can ask for reservations and we will verify again for available spaces before sending you the confirmation.

Payment

- 100% payment.

Payment Methods

- Bank Deposit.
- Online credit card payment.

Confirmation

To confirm the services, it is necessary to send the following details:

Passenger's first and last name.
Age.
Nationality.
Passport number or national ID card number.
Hotel of origin.
Destination hotel.

Ferry

You can carry one suitcase of 23 kg and one hand backpack.
In case of bringing an extra suitcase, an additional value will be charged to be paid on the day of boarding.

Recommendation

Remember to update your watch and cell phone to Galapagos time (UTC -6).

Travel and accident insurance

It is the passenger's obligation to have travel insurance that covers their luggage and well-being, WE ARE NOT responsible for losses or damages caused during the trip.

Cancellation Policies

You can cancel your reservation by sending us an email.

36% of the deposit is non-refundable.
50% of the deposit is non-refundable in the period of 15 to 5 days before the ferry transport begins.
100% of the deposit is non-refundable in the period of 4 days or less before the ferry transport begins.
In case of a positive COVID test, the same cancellation policies stated above will apply.

Change of Date or Route.

For the change of date or route it must be done at least 3 days in advance, after that period of time it will not be possible to make the change. No refunds will be made.

For groups larger than 8 people the change of date, route or schedule must be done at least 20 days in advance, after that period of time it will not be possible to make the change. No refunds will be made.

Note:

- Activities and itineraries are subject to changes due to weather conditions, or greater causes, orders of the Galapagos National Park, etc. The safety of the passenger comes first.
- The activities carried out by the passenger are under their responsibility.
